With a couple years in the making, Sell-By-Date comes from a collection of poems written by Ananta Prayitno. Over the course of nearly 4 years, the writer and I had kept in correspondence with the other on what we had aspired the project to be. It was a mess.
Inspo: junk mail
Ironically enough, the entire time the project had this name throughout. After countless emails back and forth over the years, we had become accustomed to ignoring one another. So that led to exploring “design practices” of junk mail, and ultimately being the main source of influence.
The typesetting was done in Branding with Type’s Bw Nista Grotesk. The layout and other elements were made possible with the use of Bulma and Font Awesome
